$150 for each 53-60 minute therapy session

Insurance

Jonny accepts insurance through Mindful Therapy Group. If you wish to schedule with Jonny, please contact Mindful Therapy Group at (425) 640-7009.

Matt is in-network with Regence, Premera, LifeWise, and First Choice Health Network. For all other insurance providers, a monthly superbill can be provided directly to you which you may be able to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

Cancellation and No Show Fee

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time or do not show to an appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee of $150.

To avoid this fee, please notify your therapist by text or email at least 24 hours in advance if you know you will need to miss an appointment.
