I am a licensed mental health counselor (LH61384297) in the Seattle area. I moved to Washington to attend The Seattle School where I completed my MA in counseling psychology and was trained in relationally focused therapeutic approaches. I have worked multiple years in community mental health, supporting clients as they work to better their mental wellbeing. In my therapeutic practice, I am passionate about working with LGBTQ+ specific issues, religious harm, neurodivergence, attachment, depression, anxiety, identity, and trauma. I take an intersectional approach to therapy, focusing on the whole person to best meet their goals.

I operate out of a relational psychodynamic stance, giving extra attention to the relationship between the client and therapist. Through this relationship, we can identify patterns, feelings, and dynamics in order to bring about healing. I also use EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), frameworks from DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), motivational interviewing, and narrative roleplay games.
